- Promotion Period: The promotion runs from June 15th to August 31st, 2023.
- Eligibility: The promotion is open to both new and existing customers of Webconsultant247, Inc. Participants must be at least 18 years old and plan to commence a website project or website design or website work no later than 6 months after project delivery.
- Promotion Details: The promotion offers a limited-time discount on our Professional and E-commerce website packages, as detailed on the promotion page at https://webconsultant247.com/summer-promotion-2023/.
- Referral Incentive: Customers who refer a new client to us will receive a 10% credit up to $200 for their next website project, which includes website development, website maintenance fees, or website design projects. This credit will be applied 1 month after the delivery of the referred client’s project. The referee (who referred us) should provide their 5-digit referral code when the new client schedules an appointment or requests a project. The referral code can also be entered when booking an appointment. Please note that the referral incentive can be claimed only once and cannot be accumulated.
- Payment Terms: For the discounted packages, 50% of the project cost must be deposited prior to the start of the project, and the rest upon delivery. The referral credit will be applied as a discount on the invoice for the next project.
- Refund Policy: There is no refund policy for the promotion itself. However, we will have specific “terms and conditions” on a contract basis. Once a project is delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- Disputes & Complaints: If there are any disputes regarding the promotion or complaints, participants are encouraged to reach out to ali@webconsultant247.com. All disputes and complaints will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois.
- Limitations: The promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions, and they are subject to availability. Webconsultant247, Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to decline or refuse projects that do not align with our values or violate any legal or ethical standards.
